Bought a tata nexon ev from them 15 days ago. Its been over 20 days of making the full payment, yet no ledger for the payment received. On delivery day had to wait over 2 hours for handover of the car. Car received without accessories. Upon going back i had to wait for over 1 hour for getting the accessories. And at one point was told by the sales advisor Mr. Manish to take the accessories get them fitted from outside. Had to complaint to supervisor to get the fittings done. Car came with an error, had to take the car to the workshop to get it sorted. Which i was told they would arrange a pick up. However not done yet. Would advise strongly against this center.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience trying to check out the TATA Sierra. The sales approach was unprofessional, There was no one to greet us and when we ask they said the car is here see what u want to see when asked the representative couldn't even demonstrate the car's features, claiming it had no battery! 😱 He didn't have a printed price breakdown, showed it on his phone, and then scribbled it on paper. When I asked about it, he said "it costs to print a paper"! 😒 He also insisted insurance was compulsory, which I'm sure isn't true. We wasted our time coming here, and the demo car was a letdown without its features. A showroom this big should have a spare battery to show the car properly. Sadly, this experience makes me hesitant to buy from here. 😔"

Went to Puneet Cars Prabhadevi to check out Sierra. There was a rush of people before us who were seeing Sierra as well. We waited patiently for our turn. When the car was free, we started inspecting it, while noone turned up from Puneet Cars to explain the features. Then while we were in the front seat, one salesman asked us that some other customers want to see the car and are waiting, so we should get down from the car so that they may see it. This was hardly 2-3 minutes after we had started seeing the car. While we politely obliged, I also told the salesman that even we are bonafide customers, travelling 15km to see the car. We too waited without complaining. He should have waited, or even better, should have approached us and explained the features and answered our queries. The salesmen did nothing to address our concerns. In all, it wasn't the experience we had expected in their car showroom. Sierra wasn't available in their Chembur showroom even two months after the launch. Prabhadevi showroom employees should have been more welcoming.
