I added 30 clothes for my 2yr old son in the cart.then thought of ordering 1pc 1st..the image showed such vibrant color, but received on 19/9/24- I am so unhappy with the product..rhe color looks soooo dull, material is also not good..repenting to buy from hopscotch

After not initiating my refund amount in the month of...

After not initiating my refund amount in the month of October and November 2022 of ₹6k+ they are marking me a mail if returning wrong product 2 days back which again costs ₹2k+ for which I have attached video of item given to the delivery boy. Today when I received call from their team I was told ones the product reaches the warehouse they will check and let me know. If they haven't received the product how dare they mark me a mail accusimg me of returning wrong product. Everytime I receive calls from them constantly they accuse me of not returned / returning wrong product and account being under investigation. Where is my money I need my 8k+ back. They didnot even care informing me about all this only when I felt suspicious about my missing credit in wallet I got in touch with them. They kept telling me I have not returned after I told them i I have all records of their delivery guys in and out time at my security gate with photographs they started addressing the situation as wrong product returned. FRAUDULENT act after being a loyal customer for over 7years. Still awaiting call from someone beyond customer service who can actually resolve this.
