Never buy a policy from them, they are highly non co-operational team. They approach only when they have to audit (read it as window of sales of another policy) or have to directly sale a policy. When you reach them to help you resolve your policy related issue which you have purchased from them, they are unresponsive to provide you any support. This goes year on year. Only the faces changes. Also they have the audacity of not even noting or registering the complaint, so that atleast the new joiner call center person can refer to before calling. Every time you get a new person calling, completely unaware that your complain had still not resolved. Not recommended at all.
