Visited Prasad Food Divine recently and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served well. The ambience is warm and welcoming, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. What stood out the most was the service. The staff was polite, attentive, and quick to respond whenever needed. They made sure everything was comfortable and taken care of throughout the visit. Overall, a very satisfying experience with good food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again.

Visited Prasad Food Divine, Powai, Mumbai, for dinner with my family after reading several positive reviews and noticing its fine-dining positioning. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the expectations. The food was just average—neither bad nor exceptional. While the menu offers a good variety of options, the taste did not justify the premium pricing. Service was another area of concern; it was noticeably slow throughout our visit. One surprising disappointment was that cold mineral water bottles were not available when requested, which is quite unexpected for a restaurant that presents itself as a fine-dining establishment. Another major concern was the ambiance. During our dinner, there were two birthday celebrations with loud recorded songs and significant noise levels. While celebrations are understandable, a fine-dining restaurant is generally expected to provide a calm, comfortable, and relatively private dining atmosphere. The excessive noise disturbed the overall experience and made it difficult to enjoy a relaxed family dinner. Overall, the ambiance is decent, but considering the food quality, service, noise levels, and pricing, we did not find good value for money. Based on our experience, the restaurant did not meet the expectations associated with a fine-dining destination. Hoping the management addresses these concerns and improves the overall guest experience.
