Dr. Mukulika has been one of the most patient, helpful, understanding therapists I have known. If #NoJudgement had a face, she is it. She has this comforting, wholesome aura during her sessions, that you can't help but benefit from. It rubs off on you too, and you end up being more receptive to therapy in general. I had tried it with 2-3 therapists before and I had given up on ever finding a therapist that would make me feel heard & understood. I'm someone with generally unconventional opinions about life, and it was always difficult to even find people who even completely see my POV even if not agree with it. But she makes me feel heard & understood. She doesn't necessarily hold the same opinions, but she can be impartial and she listens. Plus, she seems to genuinely be a good person who cares about her patients, and a skilled therapist too on top of it. Even the first 2-3 sessions with her were helpful - she's insightful, caring, cheerful, supportive, empathetic, understanding and everything you want a therapist to be :)
