Avoid this place. They’ll lure you in with a 'free checkup' and then charge you 450 just for keeping the device. I got billed 650 in total for 'services' I never asked for. Total scammers.

Not recommended at all. They took ₹650 and provided me nothing. First, they will say, “Keep your laptop with us, we’ll check it,” without mentioning anything about the cost, that keeping it would cost ₹450 as a consultation fee. On top of that, they charged for unnecessary services without asking if i needed that service. They overcharged me

Unprofessional and dishonest service at INTECH COMPUTERS. I left my laptop with them on Saturday for a battery issue. They promised to update me by evening but never called. I tried contacting them several times, no response. On Monday, when I personally went to the shop, my laptop was still lying there untouched — their excuse: “the technician was on holiday.” This means they knowingly misled me, wasted two full days of my work, and left my laptop containing sensitive files unattended. If they had simply told the truth on Saturday, I could have taken it elsewhere and saved my time. Instead, they chose to make false promises and ignore the customer. This is not just poor service, it’s irresponsible and disrespectful to customers’ trust and time. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this shop completely.
