NO WARRANTY OFFERED. AVOID WORKING. HETTICH wardrobe channel and kitchen drawer channel is not working. I called asking for the vendor support. I got a response that I need to pay GST for the house work. They took cash payments and now asking for GST when asked for vendor bill. So that the channel’s used in the house can be repaired or replaced. They are scammers. These guys are not worthy to be trusted. They make commitments that are made in the air. 1. Wardrobe Door Channels Malfunctioning 2. Kitchen Drawer Channel stopper is locked. 3. I’ve been following up for wall cracks and repairs for almost a year now. They are asking for money that is kept on hold due to their own unethical practices and false commitments. None work is perfect. Response to the previous review: The cracks are developed because no netting was done at the Pelmet and Gypsum Joints resulting in cracks that are rupturing. It is your work over and above the wall that is cracking down. I had to spend 50k to do it from other vendor. So stop acting like you don’t know what your problem is.
