I have taken the membership of pride crystal 10 days Recently I went to Darjeeling and Mirik, 2 days each. The hotel where the bookings were done was very good however we have to spend a lot of time to get to know about the hotel in darjeeling from pride crystal . The hotel stays were enjoyable and the procedure to book the hotel was hassle free. We were provided complimentary breakfast which was very nice and we really liked that. There are some feedback that I want to provide: We were being told that if we take lunch or dinner from the hotel of booking, we can avail that at a discounted rates which has not been the case. Also we were told that pickup and drop to nearest busstand, rail station is complementary but when we clarified this with the hotel staff, we were told that nothing of these sort is availablefor us.
