“I visited the hospital with chest pain and was very worried. Even though Dr. Pratik Giri came for me , he kindly waited for me, reviewed all my test reports carefully, and gave me his valuable time. He explained everything in a very clear, calm, and understandable way, which made me feel reassured and comfortable. My first time in a hospital for suspected heart issue. While the hospital has its own procedures that at times seem devoid of enotion, contact with Dr. Pratik Giri was like water in the desert. He is calm, constantly reassuring and sticks to the truth. Infact I know I got more than 1 poke and he did apologize for the same, which was so humane. The procedure, the explanation thereafter and the medication was so professionally handled. One can be sure you are in safe hands and he was with me throughout my anxiety plus post procedure relief too. He is obviously well qualified for this section and I would without doubt recommend you ask for him if you are visiting Hiranandani Hospital, Powai for any cardiac issues. Fortunately I didn't need a stent or surgery post my report which was a huge relief and usually folks fear that doctors would always recommend expensive procedures. Dr. Pratik N. Giri is honest, helpful, professional and a great doctor with the most reassuring hands.
