I had a horrendous experience with Pink Homes, especially with brokers Rahul and Pramod. From the start, they run a disgusting bait-and-switch: showing you a series of awful properties, then presenting one decent one to trap you. After signing, it escalates horribly. They hound you for references, and even after paying rent on time, they harass you with false accusations—claiming you host guests, drink, smoke, or damage the place. Each repair request is twisted, and after a few months, Rahul and Pramod even escalate to physical visits, intimidating you in person. If you don’t give them further business, they will harass you relentlessly, push you to give notice, and invent excuses to force you out so they can profit from a new client. Once you give notice, they treat you disgustingly—speaking rudely, forging bills, and trying to rob you of your rightful deposit. Avoid Pink Homes and these brokers at all costs—this is a vicious, exploitative cycle that will leave you robbed and disrespected. They exploit college students the most, so BEWARE!
