I’m extremely disappointed with the recent experience at this gaming café. The issue isn’t just about the pricing—it’s about honesty, consistency, and how you treat your customers. On 31st May, we were charged ₹100 for a 3-hour session (10 PM to 1 AM), which clearly means the rate was ₹33/hr or a flat discount. Again, on 4th July, we were charged ₹120 for 3 hours, which is ₹40/hr. Still under the so-called “₹80/hr” rate. But on 18th July, the staff suddenly claimed that they’ve been charging ₹80/hr for the past 2 years and said happy hours have been discontinued which is a clear contradiction to our previous two visits. We even showed them screenshots of payments from previous visits as proof, but instead of acknowledging the discrepancy, they bluntly denied ever charging less. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, as if we were trying to lie about our own payments. To make matters worse, the place is equipped with CCTV cameras covering every corner. They could have easily verified our previous visits and payment timings, but they chose to ignore all evidence and continue arguing rather than resolve the issue professionally. Let me be clear it’s not about ₹80 vs ₹50 per hour. When you have a group of 10 players, these inconsistent rates add up to a big difference. And the worst part is the lack of transparency and denial despite proof. If this is how you treat your regular customers, I don't see a reason to return or recommend this place. It’s time you fix your communication, standardize your pricing, and treat your paying customers with basic respect.
