Powai Dam is located adjacent to Powai Garden and is the backside of the Powai Lake when viewed from the main road. It is easy to reach via Powai Garden. In summers the dam is dry but during monsoon it overflows giving a nice view. People bath below it's overflowing water but it is risky. It is a nice place to spend your evenings.

Visited Powai Dam recently and it was such a peaceful spot! 🌿✨ You can reach it easily through Powai Garden, which makes the walk super pleasant 🌸🚶♂️. The views are lovely, especially near the lake—perfect for a quick breather from the city chaos 😌💙. But a heads-up: don’t wander into the woods near the dam 🚫🌲. It looks tempting but can get risky and unsafe. Better to stick to the garden paths and enjoy the view safely 👍🙂. Overall, a calm little escape in the middle of Mumbai 💚🌊. Would definitely recommend!
