They have a stupid policy of charging for the full day even...
They have a stupid policy of charging for the full day even if the costume is collected in evening. Also they will collect extra charged for 1 full day even if it is late by half day (which actually isn't late since the costume was collected day before yesterday in the evening) they work as per the clockwise and as per their own rules. According to them a full day is charged even if it is collected in the morning or in the evening. For kids whose school are in early morning they expect us to collect the costume at morning 7 am, which realistically they don't even open!
