Been going there for more than 3-4 years. Good office space, but poor experience with the membership pausing/termination process and the overall response from the community team felt quite unempathetic Received conflicting information about contract terms and policies from different team members. Whole process felt unnecessarily rigid and unclear. For a brand like WeWork, especially in such a prime location, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience.
