Customer Feedback – Battery Purchase Experience I recently visited an Exide distributor shop to purchase a battery. The Exide sales executive was very helpful and guided us well during the process. He even visited our home and replaced the battery efficiently. I truly appreciate the support and service provided. However, I noticed that the price of the battery at the Exide distributor shop was significantly higher than prices listed on various online websites and even higher than some local distributors. This is disappointing, as I expected more competitive pricing directly from an authorized Exide distributor. When I contacted the distributor to request a discount, I was told that their pricing is already lower than the market. However, my research shows otherwise – the same battery model is available at a lower price from other sources. I hope Exide will look into this matter and ensure price consistency and transparency across its distributor network. Quality service is important, but fair pricing is equally essential for customer trust and satisfaction.
