I bought a pack of absolute nuts Himalayan salt and pepper foxnuts...they weren't expired but idk if the pack was somehow open or something but the foxnuts were completely stale and bitter...had a weird, horrible taste..

The home delivery service is the worst part of their existence. In this age and era of 10-15-minute deliveries, they promise to deliver in 2 hours and don't show up for 6 hours. And even members, who pay a membership fee of Rs 5000/-, have to go through this terrible experience repeatedly. Don't ever fall for the con game of membership.

By far the worst outlet of NB Powai in Maharashtra. Dirty, messy and disorganised. Products are near expired and store have unpleasant odour. Items are sometimes strewn all over. Mind you this is a tiny store yet they unable to manage it. Employees look tired and unhappy. I have visited few other branches. This is worst. The store Manager is on forever vacation.

I’ve been shopping at Nature’s Basket, Chembur regularly and it’s easily one of the best premium grocery stores in the area. The quality of their products is consistently excellent — from fresh meats to exotic vegetables and imported essentials, everything is very well stocked and maintained. A special mention to Reena, who is always extremely helpful with general groceries and makes the overall shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Also, if you enjoy wines and international beers, their collection is genuinely impressive. Vikas, who manages the wine section, is knowledgeable, courteous, and always gives great recommendations. The staff here really elevate the experience with their professionalism and personal attention. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality groceries and a premium shopping experience in Chembur.
