This place was on our list of must visit South Indian restaurants. We had to look around a bit as Google Maps dropped us off a little before and the restaurant sign wasn't visible from there. The food was decent, although it didnโt quite live up to the expectations set by the reviews. I'm glad we got to check it out for ourselves. We ordered, 1. Benne Masala Dosa - Ok 2. Ghee Podi Idli - Good 3. Garlic Mulbagal Dosa - Good (Most places in Mumbai that promise a Benne end up giving you a Mulbagal-esque dish although the ingredients are not all the same) 4. Filter Coffee - Not good 5. Wada - Ok The heart shaped benne on the dosa was a nice, cute touch. The interiors were minimalist and you could tell that a lot of thought had gone into it. I only wish the floor were clean. There were quite a few poeple there who you could tell were regulars which was nice to see. Good luck!

Loved the Benne dosa here. It was perfectly crisp and loaded with ghee. Ordered with podi and masala on side. It had thick layer of podi inside. Sambar and chutney were just about ok. Ambience is nice and staff was pretty quick and attentive.

Heard a lot about this place from reels, and was not disappointed. Went with 3 friends around 3:30 pm on 14th Feb. It was not crowded at all. Started with the Iced Filter Coffee, was a little watered down, but you can always ask for more coffee concoction. Then the Goli Bhaji and Mangalore Buns were absolutely delicious, not too sweet, perfectly balancing the sweetness with the coconut chutney. Then we got 4 different doses, and the Ghee Podi Benne Masala Dosa (jain) was the bestseller for a reason. First bite was heavenly and comforting, and the masala was made of raw banana, and was in sufficient quantity. The dosa was only so flavorful, there was no need of sambar or chutney. If you take regular dosa, you get an additional tomato garlic chutney. My friend ordered the Mulbagal Dosa, which they claim to have started the 1st time in Mumbai. Some might say you would get doses at cheaper prices elsewhere, but their price reflects their commitment to perfection and love towards serving people. I will definitely visit this place again..!!

Amazing food. One of the best South Indian food places in the August Kranti Marg area. Food tasted really good and price seemed okay as well. Costed roughly โน250 per person.

Went for their new menu, the mulbagal dosa but definitely gonna recommend their Tadgola sundae it is hands down the best thing on the menu. The mulbagal dosa is like benne dosa n uttapam dosa in one. They serve their dishes with garlic chutney, coconut chutney and sambhar are a given. The service was super quick.
