The Ac does not work whenever you come they tell one reason. There speakers also make noises like hell and even telling the staff to atleast lower the volume so that voice does not irritate the person.

Absolutely terrible drive-through experience. We waited at the drive-through ordering point for a long time and even honked multiple times, but nobody came to take our order. After a lengthy wait, a staff member finally approached us only to tell us to come inside the restaurant to place the order and make the payment. This completely defeats the purpose of having a drive-through. If customers are expected to park, walk inside, place the order, and pay at the counter, then why advertise a drive-through service at all? The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. A drive-through is meant to provide convenience and speed, but this outlet failed to deliver even the most basic level of service. Management seriously needs to improve staff responsiveness and ensure the drive-through operates as intended. Time :- 19-June-2026 10.30 Am

Recently visited the McDonald’s outlet near Goregaon East Metro Station (Hub Mall) with a group of five, and overall, it was a great experience. The outlet is in a convenient location, and the ambience, cleanliness, and hygiene were well maintained. Even during peak hours, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since all the larger tables were occupied by single customers or couples, the staff politely requested them to shift so our group could sit together, which was a thoughtful gesture. They also suggested ongoing offers that helped us save a little on our bill. The only issue was that the self-ordering kiosk wasn’t working due to a technical problem, but the staff quickly took our order at the counter without any hassle. The food was fresh and served on time. The fries were perfectly hot and crispy, and honestly, they were even better than the burgers! Taste: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Staff: 4/5 Hygiene & Cleanliness: 4/5 Ambience: 3.7/5 Value for Money: 4/5 Location: 5/5 Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service, helpful staff, and a clean outlet. Same old traditional McDonald's. Everything has been the same ever since..the service the time the ambience. The menu has changed a bit. Overall decent for a change. Burgers and fast a decade back was very rare but today we have lot of options.
