I sincerely thank Dr. Akshay, Sister Jyoti, and Sister Poornima from Sneha NGO for their excellent care and support for my father. Their kindness, guidance, and regular follow-ups helped us through a very difficult time. Due to their treatment and encouragement, my father’s condition has improved significantly and he is now able to walk on his own. We are truly grateful for their dedication and compassionate service. We would be happy if the same team could continue guiding and supporting us in the future as well.

Dear Team I would like to express my sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to the Romila Palliative Care (SNEHA) Team for their exceptional support, devotion and care provided by them during my husband's illness. My husband's illness began with small innocuous occurances... After retiring he took up various hobbies only to get inflected with cramps and tremors in his hands. Later he showed signs of confusion for simple tasks and his surroundings. Upon doctor's consultations he had to undergo innumerable tests and scans which revealed liver cirrhosis and a cancerous growth on one side of the liver. Unfortunately all treatments he underwent failed. From a normal active man my husband was suddenly reduced to a "dementia" case in medical terms. Within a short span of 3 to 4 months he was in and out of hospital a number of times and with no signs of positive results. Without proper counseling and informative guidance from the doctors, it became very disheartening and frustrating for us to deal with his dementia on a day to day basis. Exhausted I approached our friend Mrs.Pouruchisti Wadia who fortunately advised and refered us to Palliative Care Team as they helped us to choose the right for my husband to live a "pain free life" for the rest of his days, in the comfort of his home with his family, in familiar surroundings. Dr. Ashutosh was of immense help as he suggested the very bare minimum of medication for my husband. Sister Jyoti guided and showed us the way to encourage him to eat. As for their counselor Prashob was a beacon of strength and immense emotional support in those very trying days. The team was always there for us willingly supporting us, no matter what time of the day or night it would be. Even after my husband left for his heavenly abode the team kept in touch with us and continued giving us the strength to face the loss. Thank you once again Dr. Ashutosh,a Sister Jyoti and Prashob for just being there for us constantly and not letting us the caretakers 'Burn Out' on our own !

**Feedback Note for Rommila Palliative Care** My mother, Saroja Nidagundi, was extremely unwell. She was suffering from severe breathlessness, continuous coughing, and had completely stopped eating. She had lost a significant amount of weight, and her condition had become very critical. At one point, we had almost lost hope that she would survive. During this very difficult time, the team at Rommila Palliative Care stood firmly with us and gave us strength. Dr. Parag Afuwale guided us with confidence and compassion. He advised us to continue the prescribed medicines regularly and to keep him updated about her condition. We strictly followed his instructions and maintained proper follow-ups as advised. We are also sincerely grateful to Dr. Praful Afuwale for his valuable medical support and guidance. Our heartfelt thanks to Rajni for her excellent counselling and for giving mental strength and hope to my mother during her most difficult phase. Special appreciation to Dipali Ma’am for continuously motivating and encouraging my mother towards recovery. Dear Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Romila Palliative Care (SNEHA) team for the exceptional care and support provided to my father, Mr. Ram Narayan Yadav. During a very critical phase, when his oxygen levels had dropped severely, the timely guidance over calls as well as prompt home visits made a huge difference. I am especially thankful to Dr. Parag Sir, Nurse Dipali, and Rajani Ma’am, who truly gave more than 110% effort in managing his condition with utmost dedication, patience, and compassion. A few days back, his oxygen saturation was around 65–68 even without oxygen support, and the situation was extremely distressing for our family. With your expert treatment, pain management, and continuous monitoring, his oxygen levels have now improved and are maintaining around 93–94, which feels nothing short of a blessing for us. Beyond the medical care, your kindness, reassurance, and humane approach have given our family immense emotional strength during this difficult time. We are deeply thankful for the dignity and comfort you have helped provide to my father. Once again, thank you to the entire team for your selfless service and compassionate care.
