By chance got to try food at lashkara as for dinner no other pure veg place was nearby but I am impressed by the quality and quantity of food. Dal tadka was good, chapatis came hot, vegetables also good . Nice place to try.

Upstairs from the sweet centre, very low ceilings! But smart, clean and cool. I just had samosa and sarson ka saag with makai ki roti. No complaints at all - samosa was hot and spicy, sarson ka saag was a generous serving and rotis very well made.

Small Punjabi restaurant tucked away on the second floor, right above Punjabi Snacks and Sweets - they might even be part of the same family, judging by the similar menu. They serve all the comforting classics: tasty samosas, vada pav, chaat, and a generous selection of Indian sweets. The ceiling is so low that even I had to duck. The food is flavourful and very reasonably priced. The salty lassi was slightly on the eggy side, but overall it made for a delightful, no-fuss snack dinner.

10/10 for the food. You simply cannot go wrong with anything that you order. I would highly recommend the chole bhature. It beats any chole bhature I’ve had before Veg Kolhapuri was also cooked to perfection, with a good smoky flavour. Staff is super helpful and I’ve always had a great experience at Lashkara. This place is a must visit!!
