I had a really great experience at this salon. I walked in feeling extremely upset because another salon had completely ruined my haircut. My hair was uneven and very difficult to manage, and I honestly didn’t think it could be fixed. But the team here was incredibly patient and understanding. They carefully looked at my hair, explained what could be done, and worked their magic to fix the cut. They managed to reshape my hair so well that it finally looks neat, balanced, and much easier to style. I truly appreciate the effort and skill they put into correcting such a bad haircut.
