Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Sachin and Harshad. Both were extremely polite, attentive, and quick with the service. They made sure the order was prepared perfectly and created a very welcoming atmosphere . Really appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude — customer service like this genuinely stands out. Will definitely visit again!

This is near ambedkar statue and it's was nice but I order sub craver and I was suppose to be 79 rupees or something but my bill went 100 don't know how and it was not any gst thing, we didn't ask the employee but if you are going so pls ask them about the prise and allsbut food was nice staff was nice and atmosphere was okok because there is Constitution of a building is going on in the front but overall it was nice

This outlet had one of the best Service staff and very well trained and courteous. Just yesterday there were heavy rains and Zomato wasn't delivering so we decided we would go and collect subs for dinner ourselves and we first headed to the outlet at waterfield road, unfortunately they were out of lettuce and onion and couldn't replinsh stocks as logistics were affected due to rains. The staff there as well was very good and honest and before we even placed our orders he expressed that they were out of lettuce and onions and suggested we head to Pali hill for the best experience. We headed to the Pali outlet and we started placing our order and Amir (staff) made us our subs. He was very decent and politely answered all our questions. There was also another boy Aniket (staff) he was nice as well. Amir also acomodated a few of our requests for the subs. The temperature inside the store was very hot because of the machines so we asked the staff wat the issue was on whether it's the same everyday. They explained that the Ac units were out of order and needed servicing but unfortunately for a couple of days they had been in this situation. They couldnt even keep the store door open as mosquitoes could swam in. They were all definitely irritated by the constant heat but there was no sign of any hygiene issues that we could point out to nor did they let the irritation come in the way of service. It was truly commendable. Santosh was i believe the floor manager and he throughout had a smile on his face and even offered to help us with the takeaway parcels all the way to our car. Its rare to find such good staff. It was a really good experience.
