BEWARE…….They are doing business at a very inhuman level. These guys have been having my 4k deposit since 13th Feb, I am stuck in Dubai due to war and have been asking these guys to give me the deposit online. They took about 7k online and 4k cash for the deposit, I have no idea why they can’t refund online. Money is money online or offline, it’s like they are operating in 1965. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it’s irritating

I am highly dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with your service. After paying a premium amount, I received clothing that was pathetically maintained—dirty, unironed, and clearly worn out. I specifically mentioned that I needed properly washed and ironed outfits, yet you failed to deliver even basic standards. The fact that you refused to replace the clothes shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. Your communication has been equally unacceptable. You never informed me about any deposit beforehand, and every time we asked for certain items, the reply was either “sold out” or something dismissive. If your store lacks stock, you should update your photos, catalog, and Google listing instead of misleading customers with items you don’t even have. Because of your negligence, my clients and everyone involved were left disappointed. Your poor service has negatively impacted an important event, and it is clear that you do not understand professionalism, accountability, or even basic customer service. I will never recommend your store to anyone, and I will openly advise people to avoid renting clothes from you. Businesses like yours ruin customer experiences, and honestly, if you cannot handle service properly, you should not be in the service industry at all.
