The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolute liars. What I received in the name of “denims” was complete garbage and nowhere close to what was promised. The sizing is completely off—nothing fits the way it should. On top of that, you don’t take returns, don’t pick up calls, and offer no real support. None of my issues have been resolved to date, despite multiple attempts to contact your team. I’ve ended up losing more than ₹5,000 on this mess, and not a single person has taken responsibility. This is beyond disappointing—it’s straight-up unacceptable. Stop misleading customers and start being honest about what you’re selling. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Offduty Jeans are really good, good quality and tall girl Friendly. I really wish they had a size exchange option atleast for clearance sale items even though return is not there. I had a problem with this and "Krishna" from customer care team helped me to solve this problem partially by listening to my concern. But please look into this. If an item is on sale, atleast give an option to exchange for size so your customers don't have to forcefully keep jeans that don't fit them just because they got them on sale. Cause even on clearance sale the jeans prices are ranging from 1000-1700 which is not nothing so atleast give an option to exchange for size.
