Sorry was not happy as made it for a special event in December they made it so big another one of myself could fit in thr bottom.Was heading back to London told them make sure it is ready but was not ready 2nd of Jan too they made me go back.Told them i am flying out 3rd night please make sure it is ready by 12pm still not ready then they sent it to my house no trial done and it is still too big.I think it is the worst experenice ever sorry wasted my money.

I attended your exhibition today with genuine excitement and admiration for your work. However, I left feeling deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. Despite my interest in one or two of your products, I was initially ignored and then redirected to your assistants, who unfortunately did not acknowledge my questions. When I asked about the trial room, I was told it was occupied—even though I could clearly see one was available. The overall experience made me feel unwelcome and overlooked. I understand events can be hectic, but I believe every guest deserves basic courtesy and respect, regardless of familiarity or status. I hope future exhibitions foster a more inclusive and attentive environment for all visitors. I hope this kind of action will not be repeated in the future with anyone else. Thanks.

I’ve never been to a designer store where the staff is so entitled. Extremely disinterested to show or help. After walking around & looking at things, I had to walk to the reception desk & ask to be assisted. Until then even after looking at me, they didn’t bother to get up & assist. A brand is only built on customer satisfaction & they clearly don’t care.
