Food handlers DON'T use gloves so every chance of pathogens being transmitted via food. Also the food isn't covered (to stop flies from sitting on the sweets). Environment is very dusty due to busy traffic. So dust will invariably fall on the food stuff.

I stay near by to this shop and the quality of snacks they provide are very good and also the sweets are fresh. Overall a good Farsan shop near by. The Samosa, Raj Kachori and Bhajiya are best in class.
