I visited Dr. Riddhi for the treatment of my lower back spasm that had been affecting my day to day activities. Dr. Riddhi was very much professional, taking the time to explain my condition and outline the clear treatment plan. She suggested the exercises based on my condition as I am a new mother who had caesarean delivery. She ensured that I understood the purpose of each exercise.
