Very bad experience with bigcity photo studio. I went on 01/01/2013 to click my family photos where photographer had clicked good quality photos & sent me on WhatsApp for confirmation, but when he gave me printout on hard copies and when i matched it with original soft copies, these were with fade colours. I informed him about the same and he agreed to give me reprint with true colours but he was unable to provide original colours on photos rather than he added extra brightness on them. I got disturbed and i would not recommend anybody to go there. Don't waste your money and go for other top rated studios in Nalasopara. My first experience became last experience.
