I would request everyone who is viewing my review never viait this worthless store they just make fool on selling frames and try to con you. Always reverify every purchase on the Lenskart application for better pricing and better frames option. The worst store experience in terms of sales and related information. I visited here for my mother's eye test to mek new eyeglass. My mom is not well health wise so she seeked a place to sit but the store does not have any chair or bench to make elderly people sit. The main reason to call this store experience is not this but the sales trick of the staff members and not one but all of them were worst at acting like they really provided us with the best of their knowledge. They tried to make us fool and at one point they were successful also. Because we billed and bought 2 eyeglasses on Gold Max membership buy 1 get 1 offer. So the fraud they tried to do with us is that my mom said she finds the frames a little bit loose and after the power glass it will fell off from face. But they said this the smallest frame size they have and said once the frames will arrive at store with the power glasses we will heatup the frames and bend it to fit for your face. We thought if the size is not available then what else can be done so we juat proceed with the payment and bought it. When we reached home I was randomly browsing the eyeglasses and came to know that Lenskart has one more smaller size than they sold us. Immediately I called the store and tried to tell them that we could cancel and change the frame to smaller one and why you guys said that you don't have any smaller size further. They lied to cover up their mistake. Next I visited them again about the size issue and also I came to know that there were few frames on sale as well and when I checked for the frames online on the Lenskart application I came to know after all the offers the same frames were at 400lesser price then store and I was getting a glass cleaner for free worth 129 rupees. I showed them in my phone they are just not accepting it and one of the sales guy went into arguments with me on this. I politely explained him and told him what fraud he did with me while selling is not going to work in today's world. Later I received the unwanted eyeglasses and same I returned the product and took the refund. Refund is still in progress and I placed an online order I got more expensive eyeglass with again 400 less then the price I paid at store.
