pls read full review..... one of the worst resorts ever....... visit only if you want to ruin your happy family picnic, the pool was so unhygenic , we payed a lot thinking it was nice and we could go swimming in the clean pool.... nothing like in the photos.... even after so much verification keys were not given to the room.......the food was not good...... there was some swimming practice hour after hour making it unusable for the people who pay...... do not visit this place... very pathetic place.... i do not how it is still a 3 star hotel.....inside the room the bathroom was so dirty wall we waited around 20 mins being told that are rooms were being cleaned.... the smell was so unbearable i could not stay in the bathroom for even 1 min....

Pay First, Regret Later – They Know Why Full advance payment was demanded before they’d even show us the rooms. Now I understand why — because guests leave midway after seeing the actual condition and service at this resort. We did exactly that. Checked out the very same day — disappointed, frustrated, and out of pocket. Worse was the staff’s attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the issues or even showing basic concern about why guests were leaving early, they still had the audacity to ask for tips. No accountability. No service recovery. Just hands out for tips after delivering zero value. Truly unforgettable service — for all the wrong reasons.
