This is a complaint about what’s actually happening in this class. We were told the batches would be small so students get proper attention. In reality, the batch size is almost double, and sometimes there are so many students that we can’t even sit properly in the classroom. The heat in the class is unbearable. Even when students request to keep both the AC and fans on, we are often told to switch something off. In a packed classroom this makes it extremely uncomfortable and hard to focus. Another issue is the way students are scolded for small things. Even basic things like trying to keep the classroom comfortable during the heat become a problem. This kind of environment doesn’t help students learn. Then there’s the study material issue. Students are given second-hand digests, and after finishing our portion we are even asked to return them. If we have already paid for the course and materials, why should we return something that was given to us? Lectures are not conducted regularly, and the quality of some teachers hired recently is disappointing for many students. Students and parents pay a lot of money expecting proper teaching, decent facilities, and honesty about batch sizes. Right now it feels like the priority is taking more admissions instead of maintaining quality. This is something the management seriously needs to fix.
