Ordered a metal chest of drawers from Ashok, we did all the math, we drew the diagram and all they had to do was make it. First we were told 7 days but after finally waiting for 3 weeks, they deliver at 10 pm on a Sunday. The drawers were missing channels, the legs were mismatched heights, the whole piece of furniture was wonky and absolutely ridiculous. We sent the furniture back but Ashok kept on arguing that channels are not done in drawers (???) until we shared the picture of a very high quality metal chest of drawers (custom made also) we have owned for 6 years. Our advance has not been refunded yet. On demanding a refund, Ashok responds “we will talk about it tomorrow”. Absolutely lacking in even basic intelligence and standards. Stay away from this business if you value your time and money! PS- He has reviewed his own business below as “best”. Reported.

Horrible at delivery! My order is delayed by 4 days and still not delivered. The staff is arrogant, laidback, always dilly-dally and cover up their mistake with lame excuses! Extremely disappointed!
