Had a wonderful experience at the salon. Sanjay did an amazing job with the hair spa — the treatment was relaxing, and his hair massage was incredibly soothing. Gauri did a fantastic pedicure, paying great attention to detail and ensuring a clean, comfortable experience. Dima’s gel nails were beautifully done with precision and care. Overall, a relaxing and satisfying visit. Highly recommended!

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The staff here is extremely unprofessional and completely lacks basic courtesy. They don’t even know how to speak politely, let alone professionally. I visited around 10 PM and clearly asked if a haircut was available. They confirmed yes, but immediately after, the person who was supposed to cut my hair decided to leave. Instead of managing the situation properly, they bluntly refused and asked me to leave without any apology or accountability. This is not the first time it has happened 2–3 times with me, which clearly shows how poorly this place is managed. Absolutely pathetic service and highly irresponsible staff. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone for any service. Completely disappointing experience. They dont even deserve one star

It was my first experience at the salon and it turned out to be the best one. The entire staff is really amazing and welcoming. Special thanks to Shabnam and Sanjay for being so professional throughout. I went there for global colour with highlights and a hair spa. Totally amazed with the results.Would definitely visit again!!
