Very Bad Experience :- I had a wonderful experience at this hotel a while back, which is why I traveled a long distance to return (Kerala to this hotel). However, this time, their service was extremely disappointing. They have introduced new protocols—apparently, you can only check in as a couple, and they only inform you of these rules after they have taken your details. When I reached that point, they refused to help and asked me to leave. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel

My experience was very wonderful. Staff behavior was also good. Specially Dipak Joshi receptionist was well behave and good in nature. Nearest to Nalasopara railway station walking distance, hotel was very neat and clean. Overall very good hotel. I suggest to stay with family also.
