⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed with the customer service. I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp to inquire about room availability, but I did not receive a proper response. The communication was slow, unclear, and unhelpful. As a potential guest, I expected timely and professional assistance. Poor customer service before booking does not create confidence in the hotel’s hospitality. I hope the management improves its response system and customer support.

The old man on reception was very rude , in-fact he start arguing and scolding about you are wasting my time and taking too much time to share your id proof. Although I shared my aadhar card only my wife took 5 to 10 min then all this start. Overall room are quiet good and affordable but the service was worst, in future I wish they will improve their staff hospitality.

I stayed here because wanted to try a budget place to stay for one night in a non ac room , the room was small...the bed sheet was not washed properly, the pillow was dirty from inside. The sofa looked filthy, there was no tv in the room, no hot water for bath. They even charged me for a water bottle at check in . I booked the room for 1k but the stay was not worth it, dono how their ac rooms are but after this experience i wonder if i should even try going back there. The only thing good is its not so far from the station.
