Very bad experience with this Samsung service center. I went there to fix only the charging port of my M35 phone. First, they blamed me and said the damage was caused by me and asked for payment, which I still agreed to. After 3 days, they called me and said the phone was ready. But when I collected it, the bottom speaker was damaged (cracked sound), and the volume down button was also not working. These issues were not there before. Now they are saying they will fix it again and asked me to come after 10 days. Even after waiting 14 days and calling them, they told me to come at 6 PM. When I reached at 6 PM, they said the shop is closed—even though it was open and they themselves told me to come at that time. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. Very unprofessional behavior. Now they are again asking me to come on Monday. Highly disappointed with the service.
