Saroja Multispeciality Hospital This was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever gone through. My son was taken to Dr. Sunil Pandey for treatment of a fracture, where he advised applying a plaster for a chip fracture. Even after the plaster, the pain did not reduce—in fact, it kept getting worse. When I contacted him regarding this, his attitude was rude and careless. Due to worsening pain, we had to revisit within a few days. After removing the plaster, there was visible swelling and reddish patches, clearly indicating complications. Only then was cellulitis diagnosed, and my son had to be admitted. Initially, we were told that he would be discharged within 4–5 days, but the treatment continued for around two weeks. During this time, multiple procedures were performed to remove pus. The first procedure was reportedly done without proper anesthesia, which is extremely concerning. Even after that, his condition did not improve, and another operation had to be performed. After the operation, we were informed that my son would need at least 4 months to walk properly again, which was a huge shock for us. Throughout the entire treatment, there was no clear communication about his condition or why things were getting worse. Whenever we asked questions, the doctor’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. At times, he even avoided properly examining my son during rounds. The staff was equally unhelpful and unprofessional, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. It genuinely felt like the focus was more on money rather than patient care, and the patient’s condition was not taken seriously. Overall, this hospital showed a complete lack of empathy, poor treatment standards, and very weak management. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this hospital for any kind of treatment.
