I had my delivery at Oscar multi-speciality hospital and my experience was absolutely . From my very first consultation Dr. Ankita karnawat was incredibly supportive, patient and handled every situation with a highly reassuring attitude. The reception and nurses staff were caring and attentive, making me feel very comfortable during my treatment.thank you to everyone for making our birthing journey so safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this hospital to expecting patients.

TPA DEPARTMENT became rude when we asked for updates about my claims regarding and she say _“come and check yourself, we can’t tell on phone.”_ Zero empathy for family members. Discharge was a nightmare. Despite having valid cashless mediclaim, they forced us to pay the certain amount upfront. They said _“if you don’t pay now, we’ll add today as an extra chargeable day.”_ We were held hostage for payment. On top of that, they added unnecessary extra charges even under mediclaim — items never used were billed. Had to fight for hours to get it corrected. Good only till they get your advance. After that, patient care and family communication is pathetic. Would not recommend to anyone If u have mediclaim then I suggest go to another hospital cause this was worst. !

We had a very good experience at Oscar Hospital during the delivery of our baby boy. The hospital environment was clean, supportive, and well managed. The staff members were caring, polite, and always ready to help us throughout the journey. A very special thanks to Dr. Ankita for her excellent care, guidance, and support during this special moment of our life. Her calm nature and professionalism made us feel comfortable and confident. I visit them for most of the medical cases in my family where an admission to the hospital is required. My father was treated here for a heartattack, my 20 year old nephew was treated here for kidney stone and my 3 year old nephew for seizure and stomach infection. The staff is very helpful. The doctors (Swapnil, Vivek Tiwari and Tushar Karnawat )are prompt and provide clear guidance. The caretaking and house keeping staff (Rajendra) are always there to help and are very polite. Due to mediclaim I was able to avail a cashless service. Their TPA service cordinator Sana is prompt, courteous and always serving with a smile. They are my first choice Hospital for any medical emergencies. I trust them for my familys health.
