I would like to warn others about my experience with this courier agent. I paid ₹7,800 to send an 8 kg parcel of clothes to Canada. Before sending the parcel, I clearly asked the agent if there would be any hidden charges, and he assured me that there would be none. He also promised that the parcel would be delivered within 6 to 8 days. However, after 8 days when I checked the tracking, i was so shoked that I needed to pay an additional $59 CAD. This was very upsetting because I had already paid the full amount that the agent asked for. In my opinion, this kind of behavior is very unfair and misleading. I would recommend that anyone who wants to send a parcel to family or friends be very careful and avoid dealing with such unreliable courier companies. I don’t think he deserves for any single star.
