if there was an option for 0 stars i would give that. Installed CCTV in March 2024. Early march 2025 DVR stopped working. the guy came demanded 10k to fix it bec it wasnt in warranty. I paid 14k for the entire set up in 2024 mind you. cut to November, still wasnt fixed so i called another cctv company they informed me that dvrs have a warranty of 2 plus years. this dude fought with me called me a liar and then when i started shouting, he came back with the fixed dvr 2 days later. a week or so post that it got spoilt again and he said i cant come to fix it bec i dont know how to do it ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT GO FOR THIS GUY. HE HAS LITERALLY HARASSED ME.
