Good atmosphere warm welcome by staff little expensive but worth familiar environment

Worst food ever i tried.... I visited Central Point Hotel...

Worst food ever i tried.... I visited Central Point Hotel today with my husband and my 5-month-old baby, and it was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. We ordered Paneer Chilli, Triple Fried Rice, and a half-liter Thums Up. The food was served cold, and the Manchurian gravy had a foul smell, clearly indicating that it was not fresh. The most shocking part was that when we raised this issue, the staff themselves said, “This is party food, ma’am, it is fresh.” This clearly means we were served leftover food from a party, which is completely unacceptable. When we showed them that the food was smelling bad, instead of addressing the issue, three staff members went aside, started talking among themselves while looking at us, and made strange and disrespectful facial expressions. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and insulting. When we complained further, the staff behaved in a very rude and arrogant manner. Instead of resolving the issue, they argued with us and refused to take responsibility. Additionally, the electricity went off four times during our visit, which made the experience even worse. The most disturbing part was that while I was breastfeeding my baby, the staff was staring in an inappropriate and disrespectful way, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the food quality was very poor, the service was slow and disrespectful, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly not recommend this place, especially for families. Strict action should be taken to improve their service, hygiene, and staff behavior.
