VERY DISAPPOINTED Yesterday, I ordered a 250g Rabri Cake and paid ₹100 as an advance. However, today at the time of delivery, I was given a 500g cake instead of the 250g cake I had ordered. Since the delivered cake did not match my order, I refused to accept it and requested a refund of my advance payment, which was returned. This experience was very disappointing, as I expected the order to be delivered exactly as requested. People always order cakes for special occasions, but my occasion got ruined.

We have been purchasing the cakes several times from Bawa's Cake shop.. But there is a big problem, with the quality. They have sold old date cake to us. It has happened not only for one time but repeatedly. Second timee, we all family members have to visit doctor after having cake. When reported to shop owner, they have started askimg evidence. I dont understand, why evidence should be asked. Instead they should have avoided selling old cake and playing with the health of the consumer. Will suggest to ask date of making before buying any cake from Bawa's Cake shop

Shear misbehaviour, you will miss your occasion, irresponsible delivery. We failed a surprise for a birthday due to extreme late deliver, received after excitement time. On complaint the ownwer lady called to have a fight talking as if she has done some favour selling her waste product to us.
