Been here for Valentine's Day and was lucky to get their Valentine's Day 1+1 deal. There was seating available inside and outside. The staff were friendly, The preparation process felt amateurish, with pre-made ice cream used instead of fresh cream. It took at least 5 minutes for each creation. The shop's entrance needs improvement, requiring an awkward step up (1ft). We loved the strawberry sundae. The KitKat version proved overly sweet and chocolate-heavy. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
