Dr. Joan is very knowledgeable, a patient listener, extremely soft spoken, humble and caring. Always cheerful and smiling. Provides undivided personal attention to every patient. Explains in detail all the dos and don'ts. Made me feel so comfortable that I would daily look forward for the therapy sessions. The exercises are very effective, and I experienced a significant improvement in my pain and improved mobility. She explained the exercises so well that I could memorise it and do it on my own at home. The clinic too is super clean and well maintained.
