I had a disappointing experience at this store. I paid ₹500 for my purchase, but the owner mistakenly assumed the money was given by his relative, who was also shopping at the time. Without verifying, he handed the balance to his relative and made me stand for 15 minutes, insisting that I hadn’t paid. It was only after his son checked the CCTV footage that the mistake was acknowledged and I was given the balance. What was unfair is that the owner believed his relative without question and made only me wait, when both of us should have been asked to wait until the matter was verified. This lack of basic fairness and customer respect was extremely frustrating.
