He ensured proper follow-up and took ownership of the matter. The next day, he responsibly handed over the replacement/device without any delay. Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered a pizza and were told it would arrive in 10 minutes, but it took around 40 minutes. By the time the food arrived, our bowling game had already ended. When we requested cancellation due to the excessive delay, the staff insisted on bringing it anyway. The bigger issue was the complete lack of coordination among the staff. We were seated at a table by one waiter, and later another staff member (surname Chikne) came and told us to leave because the table was reserved. When I explained that their own waiter had seated us there, he denied it. Only after confronting both staff members together did the waiter finally admit that he had indeed seated us there. To make matters worse, when we asked for drinking water before leaving, we were told they don't serve water. We then asked for a Bisleri bottle and were informed that wasn't available either. Poor service, poor communication, long delays, and rude customer handling. The staff seemed more interested in arguing than resolving customer issues. Definitely not the experience one expects after paying for a fun outing. Would not recommend until management improves staff training and customer service. 👎

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience at Game Palacio Bandra. We booked a table for 8 people on a Saturday night by paying an advance amount through their PR, Jay, who assured us that we would get a bowling lane at 10:30 PM and specifically asked us to arrive accordingly. We reached at 10:35 PM—just 5 minutes late—and despite informing him and paying in advance, he told us that our lane had already been given away and that they could no longer assure us anything. This completely ruined our plans. The worst part was that Jay made promises just to sell us the table and then failed to honor any of his commitments. We were willing to wait and stayed until closing time, but nobody followed up with us regarding bowling or provided any proper resolution. There was also no prior communication that table service was restricted to bottle purchases only. After spending nearly ₹25,000, we were given a cramped table under the staircase where our heads were literally touching the stairs. Only after repeatedly requesting the manager and PR were we allowed to order beers and cocktails. To make matters worse, a service charge of nearly ₹3,000 was added to the bill and was not removed despite multiple requests. We were incorrectly told it was mandatory, which is not in line with current government guidelines regarding service charges. The venue also shut around 1:10 AM despite being told it would remain open until at least 1:30 AM. Overall, terrible customer service, false commitments, poor management, and a complete waste of a Saturday night. There are far better places in Bandra to spend your money. Game Palacio should be your last choice.
