⭐ Negative Review – BBC Restaurant, Vasai West I placed an order from BBC Restaurant, Vasai West on 14/01/2026 at 21:24 via Zomato (bill attached for reference). One of the items ordered was Caramel Pudding, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The caramel pudding had a very strong foul smell, which clearly indicated that it was spoiled and not fresh. Even the taste was very sour, making it completely inedible. This is unacceptable, especially when ordering desserts where freshness and hygiene are extremely important. I expected much better quality from a restaurant like BBC. Such food quality issues can seriously affect customers’ health. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and improves their food quality control. Very disappointed. Will think twice before ordering again.

I had concerns about the cleanliness of the plates, glasses, and the overall table setting. Even after I informed the staff about a dirty glass of water and requested a replacement, they brought me another glass that was dirty as well. My friend and I started wiping the plates and glasses with a tissue and some water because even after expressing my concerns, they continued to provide dusty cutlery. The staff looked at my friend and me as if we were bothering them, which made us quite uncomfortable. As a result, we decided not to order more food. We only placed a small order before leaving, feeling stuck since we had already ordered. Additionally, we noticed a few staff members using abusive language, which made it difficult to enjoy our dinner and added to our discomfort.

As the name suggests, Biryani is the best thing available here and North Indian cuisine is also good. They serve the biryani as per our liking. I always ask for more masala/gravy and they oblige. Service is decent and ambience is okay. Also, they deliver to ur place quick.

Another gem in vasai west ....food is good , non veg in particular, must try is dum biryani..it's not too oily n the species are well balanced ,meat is cooked very well..you will enjoy your meal here, it has good seating arrangement n the place don't smell ...they are not only limited to biryani but has a good collection of tanduri items plus Chinese. Apart from all this tanduri,Chinese and Biryani items they do offer a limited collection of desserts. Coming to ambiance and location , you get enough open parking in front of this place and ambiance is good, you can bring your family n friends they have separate sitting for families. Everything is said now it's little costly compared to other places in Vasai but you won't regret it
