First the staff ordered a different test than what was clearly written by my doctor. Obviously as a patient i did not realise that they have made some mistake. Maybe I thought that's what I am going to a private lab for so that they will guide me and do their work properly but I was wrong. After my doctor saw the reports she also asked them to run the proper test on same sample but the lab refused. After that I had to give sample again. When I called them after 2 days to ask the status of report they gave me the contact no. of some different lab that they are just a collection centre. Guys please do your own research before wasting money and energy on such greedy labs. My tests had to be done empty stomach but these guys had no empathy and just refused to use the same sample again.

The service was okay but the cleanliness was pathetic. There are severe chances of carrying malaria or dengue from their centre to home. Huge mosquitoes zero hygiene

After giving appointment time they keep cancelling and rescheduling your appointment after coming here on new timings as given by them you still have to wait for hours… Why do they take appointment Cant understand this!!
