Don't buy home from MAAD constructions & Asmita Consultant, The building CC and OC are not cleared and internal work also pending. at the time of selling flats they committing they will do all work in 2-3 days. but after selling the flats they doing nothing. in Maximum flats the have not completed Plumbing work. after buying we go to ask them to do complete the pending work they says will do in 2-3 days, same time in front of us they called the worker and shout him "ye abtak kyu nahi hua? kal ke kal karo" but they do nothing & same answer whenever you go next time. also they have not applied light meters proper. some flats they applied commercial meters and bill also unpaid whenever customer ask for the same they says will clear the due. but still they have not cleared the dues and MSEB cut the meter. also cleaning is not proper. only building location is ok.. rest are worst. * Dont buy Flats from MAAD*
