We are truly grateful to Dr. Vimal Pandey at Supreme Pet Clinic & Care Centre for being there . During an emergency late at night, the doctor responded with care, patience, and practical guidance when we were extremely stressed. One suggestion that made a huge difference in Pastry’s recovery was introducing syringe feeding when she was refusing food and becoming weak. That timely advice genuinely helped us stabilize her nutrition and supported her progress. Thank you for being available in emergencies, for handling her gently, and for supporting us through a critical time. We’ll always remember the care and reassurance we received here.

My dog became paralyzed after the treatment and advice given by this veterinary doctor. This has been one of the most heartbreaking experiences for me as a pet owner. My dog only had a mild cold due to AC during travel, but the doctor (Vimal Pandey- Money-hungry) misdiagnosed the condition and said that the liver, kidney and teeth were damaged. He suggested unnecessary tests like sonography and gave around 10 injections without proper explanation. Instead of proper treatment, it felt like he is focus was only on making money. Around ₹9,000 was charged for unnecessary tests, injections and medicines, but my dog’s condition kept getting worse. We were also advised to give glucose water during the journey, after which my dog’s body retained excess fluid and soon she lost movement in her back legs and became paralyzed. Pet owners trust vets with their animals’ lives. I strongly advise others to take a second opinion before visiting this doctor. I gave one star, but honestly this doctor doesn’t even deserve that. What happened to my dog because of this treatment is heartbreaking. God sees everything, and I truly believe karma will come back to this person one day.
